2022 Grants:

Sunshine Coast Council Major grant: Hall Solar panels and inverter (done), Minor Grant: book on Eudlo history (awarded), SCC Partnership Grant (ongoing), Heritage Palmwoods Bank grant tools and equipment (done), Gambling Community Grant (hall and stage lighting/fans) (done)

The elected management committee of the Association meets in the Hall (19 Rosebed St Eudlo, on the third Monday of the month, except in January). The meeting is open to the community from 7 pm. We are delighted when interested members of the public attend. The Annual General Meeting each year in September is an open meeting and the community is encouraged to attend and to renew their annual memberships to the Association prior to the meeting. Being a member allows you to vote on the makeup of the management committee or on other issues that may arise.

Currently the management committee has eight members who volunteer their time throughout the year to oversee the maintenance, operation and management of the two community assets, the Hall and the Grounds. Many other community members volunteer their time in the cause of the Association throughout the year, which is appreciated by the committee.

Activities at both venues include those organised through, or by the Associaiton, and those many activites undertaken by hirers. Refer to later pages on each venue.

Getting involved with Association activities is a great way to get to know what is going on in our community and to contribute your ideas for improvement of the facilities and for encouraging activities you might like to see in the Hall or the Grounds. Working bees are arranged to assist with routine maintenance, major repairs or upgrades.

This website showcases events and details of the Association and its operation. You can download forms and other information, organise hiring of either venue and renew or become a member of the Association. Memberships fall due on 1st July and cost $10 per person.
